Kristen Anderson has developed a comprehensive approach to building resilience, reducing anxiety, and optimizing performance across various aspects of life, leadership, and sport. With a Master’s in Organizational Development and Leadership and certifications in neuro coaching, mindfulness, Pilates, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and sex education, Kristen brings a rare, whole-systems approach to health and healing. Her work integrates the latest in brain science, behavioural health, and body intelligence, including how hormones, nervous system regulation, and sexual health shape our energy, motivation, and leadership. Kristen has coached over 400 clients to achieve whole-system wellness.
An endurance athlete and mom of three, Kristen knows firsthand the pressure of high performance and the cost of ignoring what your body is trying to tell you.
